The decking is sagging and moves every time you walk on it which we have to do to get out of the garden. The step also rocks when walked upon. The wood was left cracked in areas and there are some miss cuts. The concrete was undertaken during torrential rain and has resulted in constant dusting being trailed onto the decking and subsequently into the house. The concrete ran down the length of the driveway and cannot be removed. Phoned to complain 3 weeks ago and heard nothing further.

Franco had to move the time around a little bit but when he arrived he did the job without any hassle. My lawn and patio looks super clean now. He also cleaned everything out and left the property neat and clean. Definitely recommended.

A piece of plaster 400mmx400mm came off the day after work finished. Arranged to come to fix later. Due to unexpected reasons cancelled by us. The conversation was nasty with poor customer service. Next date given for fixing was in two weeks penalizing us for cancelling. Impossible to agree due to putting renovation on hold. We patched the area alone. While painting we identified a lot of problems with waves on straight walls and poor corners. Overall very unhappy with the experience.

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. The team were tidy and worked hard to the deadline throughout the process. If you need a high quality rendering job, then I would highly recommending considering Rob's services.
