Dom has been excellent throughout. Very good commimunicator and very conscientious. He has a difficult job of putting boards on our very uneven walls in a very old house and skimmed it to perfection would highly recommend

Specialised in brick & masonry restoration and damp proofing. - Damp assessment/surveys at £89 per survey with a full written report. - Lime rendering & plastering with horse hair. - Paint removal - Lime pointing. - Masonry repairs. - Paint removal using the Thermatech hot steam cleaning system. - Brick/stone feature walls. - lime wash - Breathable Painting. My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.

Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.

Ben did a top notch job, professional in his approach when quoting for the work, wasn't the cheapest but felt given the amount of monies we were planning on spending we could count on him to deliver on his word, did a great job, nothing too much trouble and the wife loves the window surrounds which we paid a little extra for but were executed to perfection, overall Ben has done a great job, would recommend him to anyone and will be having him back to do the hall next year, thanks John Fern

Found I had a wall support that was literally moving. Alan came out had a look, gave a very good quote and when I said when can you do it the reply was "tomorrow !" Came as promised, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves. Would I recommend.... Deffinatly !
