Posted my job which needed doing asap , Stuart called up and arranged a time to come and quote. He turned up on time when he said he would. He came across very professional , gave a good quote and was able to fit me in a few days later. He then turned up before 7am on the day he was due to start with another lad. Derek took the job and took a deposit. He cancelled at the last minute. He offered other dates that did not work for us or a refund. We asked for the refund. He never replied to many messages and has not refunded us for work that was never done.

During the call he said he was being hard done by And gave me a good quote.I provided him the money of £700 and he then tried to state I gave him only £600 5 hours later in a call to get more money
