Joe and his team were very friendly and professional. Joe himself oversaw his team and made sure he kept up his end and was tidy along the way. Can’t recommend enough. He also facilitated extra work that was not initially agreed and still kept a very timing on the additional work.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

Excellent job by Wayne. Friendly, helpful and good advice on first visit to quote, a good price. On the day Wayne resolved an unexpected issue quickly and well - 'all part of the service', much appreciated - everything completed faster than expected to an excellent standard. Dave was fantastic all the way through the job. His price was extremely reasonable and he stuck very near to the original quote even though the job turned out to be significantly more complicated than first anticipated and took longer than we first thought. He kept us very well informed throughout and arrived on time every day. A generally very friendly and easy going guy - would happily use him again.

I received a call from kevin immediately after I placed the ad. He came at the time he said he would and charged the price agreed on the phone. Kevin was v professional and courteous. I am getting him back to do additional work. I highly recommend kevin. Its refreshing to meet someone who is skilled and as professional as kevin and charges at a reasonable rate.
