Luke and his team were superb from the off. He gave a competitive quote, fitted us in between jobs quickly and completed the work promptly and professionally. The team he left on site were not only skilled landscapers but also very decent people, cleaned up each night and tidied away fully before leaving. Could not recommend highly enough.

Rick came around to give me a quote within a few hours. He was friendly, approachable and professional. He did the job quickly and for a very reasonable price compared to the other quotes I'd had. He took special care to keep my flat clean. He kept in touch if plans changed and kept to his word. He always had a smile and a laugh so he was nice to have around. I would highly recommend him.

Greg built a front wall and laid paving in my front and back garden. He did a really good job, and it looks great. He was reliable, tidy, and really clear on things like costs and how the slabs would be laid so I knew exactly what I was getting. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting brickwork or paving/landscaping.

As I'm now based in NZ, Carl tended to my front and back garden in Hertfordshire to keep it looking good while the property is on the market. From start to finish on the job, Fran was excellent. She was in constant touch with me, making suggestions to improve the final outcome of the work and also listening to my wishes and accomodating them as much as possible. Catalin was meticulous with his measuring. He worked tirelessly and came back at night the following day to finish the job because it rained on the Sunday afternoon so we were unable to finish. The slabs have been laid perfectly. He was smart and methodical in his approach to paving the tiles. The end result looks great and just as I'd hoped for. Reliable. Tidy. Accurate. And a fair price. Great quality fence panels, posts and cement boards. Courteous. Good natured. Worked hard and fast completing the job in a day. Were open to my input on each height etc as garden sloped downhill a bit.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.

The two guys that came, were, quick, clean, polite, took extra rubbish for no extra money, kept in contact throughout the day, recommend highly, will use again, good thing is they are part of a team that do most work that needs to be done in or out of the house. Very happy.

It is always somewhat of a lottery when hiring a tradesman but we really struck lucky with Daniel. What a great find he was. Quality and care of work was outstanding. (Toilet floor tiling). His work was neat, precise, organised and efficient. He didn't once stop for a break or anything. Exceptionally polite and friendly and clearly skilled at this work. And his pricing was excellent. Having offered to cut my grass in writing on a specific date he failed to show up or notify me that he was unable to do so. Subsequently upon inquiry I was informed he was "too busy". In view of this and his obvious very busy work schedule I decided to make alternative arrangements. For obvious reasons I cannot provide any assessment as to his 'quality' or 'value' although I had accepted the price he had quoted me.
