****Builders from hell- Stay well away *** Robbed me of 70K left my house in a totally destroyed state and an open roof. Used constant threats to extort money. The little work that was carried out, no building control approval was sought and work done was substandard and had to be redone. Left the work once I informed building control and declined to return back, comply with inspection, rectify the work or provide any refund despite providing a work evaluation by an independent quantity surveyor.

He went out of the way to visit to offer immediate help/advice, prior completing the repair.His price was very reasonable and I paid him extra for going that extra mile and giving us back a working toilet when others services had let us down after 48 hours without a working toilet.
