Following some work done successfully in 2022 by this company, I reached out to have some similar work done in 2024. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.

sorry 17-30 you sad 12 so over 5 hrs late no phone call saying sorry i'm late using other cladding which is wrong funny it was used on other side so he managed .... you seamed to want to do things your way so as to get more money and then never turned up..... that you will say my fault last quote on your job £65 like you never turned up goodbye

Dale and his team were brilliant. The schedule was set out and agreed in advance and adhered to pretty much to the day. The different trades turned up as planned and each one was excellent. Sion took the job and only contacted my by email only on 8th August. He hasn't bothered to phone me at all. He has sent emails all of which I have replied to, but still nothing quoted or booked in. He has not bothered to come and look at the work, says too busy, and has wasted my time. I cannot comment on his work / value for money,as he hasn't completed anything !!
