Bradley was personable and knowledgeable. He spent over 30 minutes talking to use about the project and making suggestions, this was in a free quote situation so he didn't know he would get the job. Once we confirmed we would like him to do the work, he arrived as scheduled with one other worker, and they had the job done in the time indicated.
