Kane and Caleb did a great job removing a 15ft high and 7' thick leylandii hedge and replacing it with a close boarded fence. They did exactly what Kane said he would and at the price agreed. His price was very competitive and I would certainly use him again for future work.

I have been trading for 20 years, so I have plenty of experience in the building trade. For the past 3 years I have been building from extensions, brick and block work, too pitching roofs and all types of timber work for another company. But recently decided to do my own work again which is why i have got to build up ratings. I had my timber casement windows refurbishment done by GW Windows and Glazing. They replaced all glass, sanded frames, new window furniture (fasteners and stays), putty and 3 coats of paint. I am extremely happy as the windows should last another 10 years before any future maintenance for 1/5th of the price for double glazing. Family run business with over 100 years experience combined between the team. Loved working with them. Extremely happy. Highly recommended for a reasonable quote.

Exceptional service. Lee came to quote same day, was charming and polite and understood the job and my budget requirements instantly, starting work promptly the following week painting my entire flat in time for rental viewings. He collected and returned the keys to a different address for my convienicenc, sourced the paint and communications were faultless the whole way through. And the finished product is excellent. Lee is brilliant and I will absolutely be using Intelligent Property Developments again.

Ben contacted me promptly and gave me a quote over the phone - he came the following day to do the job and sent photos and a video of the work - everything was left clean and tidy. The price remained the same even though he had to replace some of the tiles. Happy to get the work done and would use Ben again.
