Darren was quick in reaching out and coming to my house to give me a quote. He popped back a few days later and carried out the work with no issues. He provided photos of the job in progress and then once complete. Very happy with the work and very happy with his price too. Would definitely use Darren again

Hi I’m Paul I set up KAL Building Solutions Ltd after successfully working as site manager working on refurbishments for some of the biggest names including Brewdog, Revolution Bars and Ask Italian to name a few where timescales were tight but always kept to budget and time. Prior to this I worked on the domestic sector ranging from refurbishments to structural works. I am writing concerning the excellent service and work undertaken by Wayne Triggs Building Services for Pennine Lancashire Community Farm as small Charity in Burnley. Wayne Triggs supported by Graham help us create a 168 square meter wooden frame building. Wayne worked positively with the Charity in undertaking all tasks, including sourcing appropriate materials, agreeing tasks, providing effective contacts etc. The end of this process has been the creation of fantastic environmental friendly building.

So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I have lots of photos of my work and a full professional 18 volt toolkit so no need for leads trailing all over your property. I'm very polite and hard working and I'm looking to win jobs on here as a way of building my company and gaining clients through reputation. I'm new to this site and I'm willing to put the effort in to get the jobs done right and honestly. Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

Work was guaranteed for 6 months but water still coming in, not answering his phone, then he finally said he'd come & look, but didn't. Not happy with his manner. Has now said the current leak isn't from his work but hasn't even looked at it!!

Superb service from start to finish. Express Building Solutions responded to our initial enquiry promptly, Dan called to quote the following day and fitted our gate the day after that. Dan very polite, punctual and helpful - did really good job on our gate and also fitted a small piece of fencing for us (which we hadn't requested in our original enquiry) to match the gate. Excellent all round service, nothing too much trouble, would definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Footings , Extensions to Roofing , we recently attended Firestone rubber roofing course and they will insure it for 20 years through ourselves , felt has had it's day !
