Not the best experience. They came out and looked at my combi boiler because I had no hot water. They seemed unsure about what the issue was and had to phone a helpline for advice which didn’t fill me with confidence. After diagnosing what they thought was the issue I was told that it would need a part which would need to be ordered. I agreed and was told that it could take a day or two for it to arrive. I waited and heard nothing so I decided to send a text and call them a few times but I got no response.

Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. He and his side-kick, John, worked non-stop overcoming every issue our wonky victorian terraced could throw at them. I'm so relieved and impressed. He's now my go-to builder.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I’m shocking and frustrated at this guy. First off he quotes me £500 for 25m2 screed which I accepted assuming he would be using quality products(he used no nonsense from Screwfix). I explained there a 50ml dip in floor and he promised me he would sort it. (He hasn’t there is still huge dip) pictures are available.He said he would arrive at 3-4pm and finish at 8pm to sort problem which I was fine with. He showed up and took 2 hours RUSHING. Terrible tradesmen! Don’t use!!
