Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.

Claire & Al were super professional throughout, very accommodating/flexible in their approach (Claire went above and beyond to ensure items we'd ordered separately were delivered in line with the project timescales) and always putting in a full hard day's work - from 8 in the morning to 5 in the evening.
