Within minutes of placing my ad, Stuart contacted me regarding coming to have a look at what precisely I needed doing and give me a quote. Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
