George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. This so-called plumber, who barely speaks English and uses his wife as a front, claimed he could do everything. I hired him to fix a leak, but he trapped air in the system, cutting off my upstairs cold water completely. He had no idea what he was doing and bailed without fixing the mess. The patio is good. The only reason why I haven't rated his work higher is because of the mess left behind. I was charged for a skip yet he didn't hire one hence the mess left behind. I found the mess hidden in my garden which was unacceptable. I had to clean the drive because of debris left from his van. Overall, his workmanship is good but work ethics, not so good.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
