Francis was very professional with his attitude and knowledge of the job that I required. he was very reasonable with his quote. didn’t ask for any money up front to start the job. which gained my trust straight away. The job was delayed by a few days but it didn't matter too much. Mat kept in touch before work started, came round to take delivery of materials and, on the day itself, pointed out a few issues while work was in progress.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.
