George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. They also had all the necessary tools and materials, were ready to buy something additional quickly on the day - if further adjustments were required to fit everything as I asked. Custom Carpentry & Construction is a family business based in Stirlingshire. We have over 20 years experience in the construction industry. We are highly qualified and have experience working for a wide range of clients, both business and private customers. Our previous work ranges from small domestic jobs, including fitting kitchens and bathrooms, finishings, bespoke wardrobes, laminate flooring, staircases etc. Mid-sized jobs such as extensions, garden rooms, shop fitting and renovations. And also complete new build properties and developments from start to finish. Therefore we have expertise in all areas of joinery and construction. More recently we have focused mainly on bespoke storage solutions such as built in wardrobes, media units, bookcases, under stair storage etc, fitted kitchens and flooring but we are happy to discuss any other projects. Luke did an amazing job and we are so happy with the end result. From the minute he turned up and protected the floors and furniture to his attention to detail and quality during the work, it was absolutely first class. Agreed a cash price with Fraser for new roof and guttering with all the guarantees, but when it came to pay he then tells me if i wanted a guarantee I’d have to pay the vat. Don’t get me wrong the lads worked well but very messy as they just through the tiles off the roof into the skip instead of using a chute. Needed him back to sort guttering as it had come apart but got told when I’m next in the area needless to say I’m still waiting months later. Beware!! Don’t pay cash.

Wow - top class plumber, service at a reasonable cost. Prior to engaging JK plumbing, our ongoing bathroom project had overran by 2 weeks with lots of quality issues from the previous plumber. I contacted JK plumbing on a Saturday, 24hrs later basic functionality was re-instated, and by Thursday the full refurbishment work was completed and all the carryover issues fully corrected. Quality of job was top notch. I will 100% be happy to deal with JK plumbing again, highly recommend without hesitation.

A M Contracts did an excellent job of dismantling the wall cleaning the bricks and then rebuilding the wall. Despite disruption caused by the weather I could not fault the the work carried out. We are all really pleased with the rebuilt wall. A number of people have already said what a good job.
