Sam was called out at short notice to fix a problem with an en-suite bathroom floor. Due to ingress of water, the existing floor had rotted and was in urgent need of repair. Sam expertly replaced the damaged subfloor with marine plywood and secured it to the rafters. The existing tiled flooring was replaced with attractive light-oak vinyl flooring. The job was completed quickly, they cleaned the whole flat over the course of just the morning and successfully removed the stains from the carpets. The price was reasonable for the work and all the work was done to a high standard. I would recommend their services and potentially contract them again in future.
