Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. The actual works / finish is good, although i am not entirely sure i got the door primed & painted in a single visit?. I took 2 stars off for (1) Not cleaning up after. (2). Plaguing me for payment all weekend including texting at midnight!. I explained to Dale i needed to check the works before payment (which i am entitled to do) and made it clear i would check that weekend. Dale was clearly aggrieved by this and continued to remonstrate with me for 2 days,which is completely unacceptable. ????

Andrea and his team were excellent. He is very reliable, efficient and hard working. He made a very challenging job look easy and did some extra things for me that weren’t included in the quote, without charging extra. He got back to me quickly and the whole job took less than 2 weeks from me posting to completion. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m sure I will ask him to do other jobs for me.
