I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Scott. I scheduled an appointment to have a boiler installed, but they stood me up not once, not twice, but three times! Each time, I was made to wait for hours with excuse after excuse about delays, only for them to never show up. The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

AJS Plumbing were the only one responding to this job. Adam made contact with me and arranged to attend the next morning. He checked and went to get parts and charged me a reasonable amount to fix it there and then. Adam was punctual, friendly and very tidy and my toilet is now working perfectly! Thank you Adam. ??

Couldn’t be happier. Came out when another plumber couldn’t do the job. No problems at all in completing the job and wasn’t phased at all. Excellent communication throughout. Turned up on time and was very clean and tidy. Highly recommended and will be using again.

James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. He also converted a guest loo into a laundry and did some other minor renovation works. His customer service skills are outstanding and the quality of workmanship is excellent. He and his team have a very good work ethic and were very happy to work through weekends at our request to expedite the job. I would recommend him without reservation, and will definitely use him again in the future.

I wish all our tradesmen could be as good as Jo - he's an absolute star! Jo was punctual, kept in contact as we were trying to co-ordinate various tradesmen, flexible, reasonable and very very good at his job.
