Jobs is done fine and it's 5 star work. However he quoted 200£ to seal 3 sides of a shower tub and if we don't accept he must charge 65£ for a 10 minutes inspection without letting us know in advance on phone. That's a 1 star price.

However, the quality rating has to be given as poor because he offered to flush out our system at an extra cost and during the course of this covered the carpet with dirty stains from the radiators and his tools/shoes. We have tried cleaning the carpet and it is so bad we are having to replace them now instead.
