The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

Shocking work. Was quoted £1000 for the job of shower fit, tiling, moving a few pipes under the floor and sink and toilet. Colin FORGET to put the centre connecting chrome part on the shower panels...he cut the expensive panels short.....the tiling was shocking and so was the grouting.....he came with an apprentice whom had only been learning plumbing for a year and I suspect he may of done the work. We have paid him £500....but we have had to get a new tradesman in to redo the work. Have pics to prove!!

Great job, full boiler replacement done perfectly as well as sorting out the dodgy issues from the previous boiler installation. Took his time to do the work properly, excellent pope work, neat and tidy, and even did a little extra work without charging for it. All paperwork done as it should be. Very highly recommended

Experienced builder NEW TO RATED PEOPLE ???? Hi everyone. I’m Mitch, I’ve been in the trade since leaving school. I am a general builder that specialises in timber work. I do most jobs from small jobs like laminate flooring all the way upto 2 storey extensions. For the larger jobs I have a reliable team of builders including electricians, plumbers and bricklayers. Heatsource Domestic Gas Services is a family run business and has been established since 2011. With over 20 years combined experience we carry out boiler repairs, servicing and installations. We also do the same for gas fires and cookers. We carry out homeowner/landlord gas safety inspections. Can repair/replace water tanks, cylinders, radiators, taps and showers. We repair leaks on gas or water. We can flush heating systems and fit magnetic filters. Installation of standard thermostats/clocks also smart thermostats. We do all this whilst trying to keep disruption to a minimum and respecting your property at all times throughout the job, no matter how big or small.
