Tim was great. Came at short notice. Everything installed well and pointed out a vent had been left open causing the smell of standing water. Tim cut out the drawer to fit around the qettle unit and pipework. Very clean and very helpful. I'll happily use him again. Thumbs up.

Not happy at all. I was charged slightly over £200 for 2 hrs. The issue was not resolved in fact, it was worse than the beginning. In future would be reluctant to use this service. Quotation should be based on completed work not on hours spent when no resolution! Not professional!

Carl remained patient and focused His suggestion resulted in me investing in a WetVac which will come in extremely handy for future blockages.
