Our £5k bathroom is ruined due to the unprofessionalism of TAPS - from start to finish its been a disaster. We are now left with leaks under our bath, which has fused the kitchen lights as the water has come thru the ceiling, a toilet that wobbles and a chrome radiator that he fitted with brass elbows. Professional!! Every opportunity has been give for Don to fix this put our correspondence is just ignored. So everyone be warned!!

A fast pleasant experience, came out took in what was required and sorted the problem with minimum of fuss. Tidy work. We needed a quick but high class turn around on our bathroom which required a lot of work right back to levelling the floor.
