I’m very pleased with service i teceived from GO Maintenance who fixed a leak in my shower. The guys were prompt, turned up at the agreed time. Took their time to find where the leak was coming from and fixed the problem. Price was reasonable. I would not hesitate in recommending them. I will be contacting them in the future for further maintence of my property.

The quotes been agreed on the same day and the tradesman has not got back to me despite sending messages a to him. The job has not been started yet as I have not got any further. He has absolutely not communicated with me. I had to rate him because he has not explained the reason. I did not want to rate him badly because there may be compelling reasons, this is the second bad experience in as many times I have had to use your website

AJS Plumbing were the only one responding to this job. Adam made contact with me and arranged to attend the next morning. He checked and went to get parts and charged me a reasonable amount to fix it there and then. Adam was punctual, friendly and very tidy and my toilet is now working perfectly! Thank you Adam. ??

He said he could do work done 2 days just up and left and said he would text me Thursday and would come on Friday and now I am left with work half done as he said he has right to council contract at any time so if I was anyone on here I would not hire as he is a con man I have contacted trading standers as he as used all my pipes and half done work and now saying we have threaten him he meant to have recorded but can't prove it so I would not hire as he told me he could do it but cause another job has call

Excellent communication start to finish. Always turned up when he said, and always contactable. I was aware of what was going on at all times and made aware of different ways to do things. Sean responded promptly to my 'tender' request, viewed what needed to be done at the appointed time, gave a very reasonable quote and completed the work when he said he was going to.......at the agreed price. Good communication by phone and email also easy to talk to in person, turned up when expected and got straight on with the job which was done efficiently with no mess or damage. Very happy with job. Would use them again and the rated people site for any other jobs .

gave iestyn a tricky job tackling an old (450 year old) mid terrace with a rickety roof, sloping walls and 2ft thick walls. he met all the challenges, charged a fair price and got the job done. Can't ask for more.

Couldn’t be happier. Came out when another plumber couldn’t do the job. No problems at all in completing the job and wasn’t phased at all. Excellent communication throughout. Turned up on time and was very clean and tidy. Highly recommended and will be using again.
