T.I.Installations removed our old bathroom (bath+shower and wash basin)and toilet and a wall which was between the two to install a new bathroom which now includes bath,separate shower,wash basin and toilet.The end result is excellent.T.I. are good tradesmen,cooperative,and friendly.The only fault is we made payments as the work was progressing and requested a final comprehensive invoice on completion but this was not given to us. All info.was recorded on T.I.'s Iphone so better admin.etc.is recommended.

Fantastic company to use. Rob called round the day after I posted the job to quote it. He then was very quick with the price. He fitted the radiator exactly when he said he would and even worked around me keep changing my mind! I will definitely keep his number for any future work I need.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

I am so pleased with the work done by Dean and his team. I really cannot fault him, the bathroom looks amazing, and he went above and beyond to ensure everything was working perfectly. Mo was brought to finish off the snagging of our old handyman, Ant. Ant's new name is halfer, as in half a job,or should I say Arfer. However Mo was good and a different format, working with his wife, lovely combination. We will be calling on Mo, from now on.
