Fraser came out to view the job when he said he would. During the waiting period he kept me updated on the eta. He and the men came on the Monday morning and worked all day, the same on Tuesday, Wednesday was rained off, Thursday and Friday. All the jobs were completed and to a high standard. I'm very satisfied and would use both the website and Fraser again and would recommend Fraser to anyone needing roofing work.

Bart and his team were highly professional - the job was done to an outstanding standard, not something that I have experienced with more local tradesmen! Excellent service, came out very quick to quote for some ridge pointing, removing an old flue pipe, and replacing dodgy gasket on soil vent, also noted some extra cracked tiles and replaced at a fairly reasonable price, came back a couple of times to finish the job after ordering the right tiles, good professional service.

Totally amazing the 122 year old floor looks almost new, they fixed loose boards, cracks, holes, damage etc all looks stunning.

I found them to be very hard working. Very pleasant. Offered good advice. Sought and acted on any feedback I gave. I am pleased with the monoblock extension to my driveway. What stood out for me was how important customer service was to them, they showed a positive attitude and had genuine dedication to the job. Would recommend and would use DRM Enterprise again in the future.

It's great being able to comment on a service you receive from someone particularly when it has been excellent. After spending weeks trying to find a Carpet Fitter in the Whitley Bay area, and being let down several times, Black Sheep Flooring could not have been more helpful. Job done speedily and the men were polite. Very satisfied with end result but reason it's not five star is the fact they requested to put the date arranged back by three days with very little notice. The original date was kept but the time altered.
