Luke did an amazing job and we are so happy with the end result. From the minute he turned up and protected the floors and furniture to his attention to detail and quality during the work, it was absolutely first class. We highly recommend John Reilly’s building work. He built a large extension for us and his quality of workmanship is superb. 3 of his previous clients all vouched for his high standards and professionalism. Agreed a cash price with Fraser for new roof and guttering with all the guarantees, but when it came to pay he then tells me if i wanted a guarantee I’d have to pay the vat. Don’t get me wrong the lads worked well but very messy as they just through the tiles off the roof into the skip instead of using a chute. Needed him back to sort guttering as it had come apart but got told when I’m next in the area needless to say I’m still waiting months later. Beware!! Don’t pay cash.

Bart and his team were highly professional - the job was done to an outstanding standard, not something that I have experienced with more local tradesmen!
