Turned up early and completed a comprehensive service of my boiler. Helped answer some general questions I had with the immersion heater and pump which was extremely useful for future knowledge. Was happy to explain each each step of the boiler service and was very tidy, friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

It is unfair for me to put 'Poor' but there is not an appropriate 'option' choice in your list to explain what happened. I have no idea what his work is like as there was a misunderstanding about when he was supposed to come, and eventually I had to cancel the job.

Highly recommend Mel, he was lovely to chat to, professional and so knowledgable. He found a couple of issues from other plumbers jobs along the way and sorted them at the same time. Everything works perfectly now. Thanks a lot, would 100% use again.

Ross did an excellent job on ripping out our very outdated bathroom and installing a new shower, basin and toilet. Everything was done professionally and he cleans up better than any person who has ever done work for us! Even when he experienced supply chain issues beyond his control he thought outside of the box and managed to get all the materials and everything sorted. Cannot recommend highly enough and already planning our next job.

I hired Alex to remove my bathtub and install a shower cubicle. He always arrived on time and completed the job on time. He worked to a very high standard and I am so happy with my new modern bathroom. I would definitely recommend Alex to anyone looking for a bathroom refurb.
