Ryan phoned me the morning after posting job. We organised a time in the afternoon for him to do the job that evening. Ryan turned up on time, and the job was carried quickly and cleanly. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.
