We have over 15 years experience in plumbing, refurbishment maintenance, and electrical works. Our electrical engineers are fully qualified and as a NICEIC approved contractor and domestic installer, you can be assured all our work is carried out to the most recent electrical standards and regulations. We are also qualified to test, inspect and issue condition reports and certificates for domestic and commercial installations and for the private rental sector. Our plumbing work is carried out by a City and Guilds qualified plumber holding level 2 qualification in installation.
New consumer unit fitted quickly and neatly, good communication, I would definitely use again.
I do all works, from small jobs to building extensions, loft conversions, decorating and gardening works. Also, I do drainage and plumbing works.
Good work but slight delay

Rob did an excellent job laying a floor in my loft. The quality of workmanship was top notch. Rob arrived on time and worked flat out for two days. No hesitation in recommending Rob for projects.
We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. Very much look forward to using LFC in the future.

These guys did a great job for us. They responded to my job posting within 15 minutes and arrived on time when they came round for a site visit and having discussed the job and identified more serious problems with the central heating, gave me a quote for the whole job which I later accepted. They took a couple of days to fix the system and were efficient and reliable and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, I'm please with the work standard and the cost and would definately use them again if needed.
Top drawer. When dean gave us the quote it was not the cheapest we had received. However the detail in it won us over and sure enough there were no extra costs that could of been seen at the outset. Victor was happy to help in purchasing materials but he gave me a list of what he wanted and I was happy to get everything. The job took a little longer than expected but I was happy to accommodate given the quality of work that was delivered. I would not hesitate in recommending Victor or using him again in the future.
