Kevin turned up as arranged to assess job and followed up with a written quote. As with all building/repair work (especially on an old house) there were some teething problems, but Kevin listened and dealt with everything we discussed. Kidd supplied a very competitive quote and also advised us of the governments green deal cashback scheme which enables us to claim back a substantial amount of the boiler costs. All information given was followed up by email links for the boiler and the scheme. The installation was great, graham and andy were on time, very clean, tidy and professional, the new boiler is working well with a 10 year warranty, i would recommend Kidd Heating to anyone and have already done so with work colleagues and pals.

John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. The reason for my ratings is as follows:- I’ve rated 3 stars for quality as he didn’t really do much to rate. I’ve rated 1 star for price as £65 for 25 minute job is really poor considering part was only few pounds. Wouldn’t recommend this company as very expensive, only reason we used them was struggling to find anyone else.
