Did not feel the engineer knew what he was doing. Over a week before the job I told him I didn't have a key for my filter. However he didn't offer to buy one for me before the visit or when he arrived to do the service. So the filter wasn't cleaned and the quote he gave me included cleaning of the filter. However, he still took the full amount quoted £80 for the service. He didn't check the radiators to see if they were heating up properly, when I asked him to do this, he seemed surprised.

Kidd supplied a very competitive quote and also advised us of the governments green deal cashback scheme which enables us to claim back a substantial amount of the boiler costs. All information given was followed up by email links for the boiler and the scheme. The installation was great, graham and andy were on time, very clean, tidy and professional, the new boiler is working well with a 10 year warranty, i would recommend Kidd Heating to anyone and have already done so with work colleagues and pals.

David and Sean were fantastic from start to finish when they installed a new combi boiler and removed an old hot water tank whilst replacing an old conventional boiler system. They also fitted an outside tap for me and replaced a leaky radiator. All work done to a very high standard and their communication before, during and after the job has been top class. John fitted a new gas boiler. Arrived when he said he would, worked through out the day without disrubtion to the house. Nice and tidy. .As said in previous review after he had spent all day working still made sure we understood how to use controls.
