We are absolutely furious with this builder’s unprofessionalism and incompetence. A simple three-week job—adding a stud wall, a doorway, and modifying a window—dragged on for over three months. He repeatedly promised to show up, then ghosted us, forcing constant schedule changes. He made careless mistakes, charged extra to fix them, and took weeks just to paint a door—until we dismissed him. We had to redo parts ourselves. A complete waste of time, money, and patience. What an outstanding guy, he is without doubt a worker, from start to finish, asked me all the questions needed on the app, then went beyond when he arrived, moved my radiator from 1 wall to another with a very good quote, will be having him back to replace other radiators, I would have knocked him down to 4 and a half due to his singing being mediocre ????
