A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Charlie replaced nearly all the radiators in my house and disposed of existing rads. He also installed a new kitchen tap and a time clock for my boiler. He is a very hard worker and finished the job in 2 days. Was highly satisfied with his work, he even came back to adjust one of the rads and reset my time clock. Had other competitive quotes, but chose Charlie because he was very friendly and had a lot of patience when explaining things.
