I spoke to George regarding an emergency leaking broken tap at 11pm and he came to fix the problem at 6am the next day! He fitted a brand new tap, was personable and efficient. We challenged Louis with an incredibly difficult job to fix the bathroom drainage in our period listed property. Not only did he successfully diagnose the problem, but managed to fix it with great results. Unlike other plumbers, he didn't shy away from the job, but tackled it head on! He was super professional throughout the whole project, promptly responded to all my emails / texts and went above and beyond to make sure the job was to a high standard. There isn’t enough space on here to describe how happy I am and stress free Rob and his team made the process. I had a major extension to the rear and side of the home which meant I wasn't able to use the bottom area of my home at all. Rob and his team took care of everything and also provided so much extra help all the time any time and keeping up with the consistent service is truly unmatchable.
