I assess the situation beforehand so that I can prepare for the most quick and convenient way a job can be completed which is beneficial for me and my clients. As well as being a gas safe engineer, I possess a range of skills to work safely and effectively with gas appliances. I am professionally trained and qualified to install, maintain and repair gas appliances and systems. Regulatory compliance - as a gas safe engineer, I adhere to Gas Safe Register regulations to maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with legal requirements. These skills collectively enable me to carry out work professionally and safely, ensuring the smooth functioning of gas appliances while prioritising safety for both myself and my clients. I withhold a full Gas Safe qualification as well as City and Guilds (level 1, 2 and 3) qualifications in plumbing. I also have a g3 unvented hot water cylinder qualification. The work was to replace a toilet flush. Mr Aslam was friendly and replied quickly. When he arrived he said the work would cost more than originally quoted. I was not home personally to check his work, to my detriment. The toilet was left detached from the wall be around 3 cm. 8 weeks later that toilet is leaking. I was really disappointed when Mr Aslam said because of the amount of time passed he would not return without charging me a call out fee and for any new work. Very disappointed and unsatisfied

Quick to respond.. He made an appointment to come and quote within the hour. Arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem and sent a quote. Booked in 2 days later to fix our leak. He was the 4th plumber we had asked to do the job in 5 years. Only one who has actually fixed it.
