To be quite frank Fadi kept it real with the pricing options and fitting cost, more then the others and in fact was 2k cheaper then one quote. Two problems to resolve, a water leak to my boiler and a water leak from a radiator valve. The water leak to the boiler was diagnosed, and the most cost-effective proposal was a new boiler, i'll take that on face value and get a second opinion. The radiator valve was tightened, which made things worse, loosened, still worse, and left. The leak is now much worse than before, as is the boiler leak. In short, I'm £95 out of pocket and have two problems worse than they were before.
