We had our porch done by Lab Development. I’ve always wanted the extra space. Thanks again for putting in the hard work and ensuring high quality. Adam and Louis explained what would be done, and they did a really great job. There were a few hiccups during the job, such as some of their colleagues being off sick and a delayed finish, but we were in no rush for the job to be completed. Adam always communicated with me for updates. It was tidied and cleaned after everything was finished. I highly recommend.

I had two radiators fitted by Bernie and satisfied with the service from start to end. Bernie is personable, responsive to queries and very helpful. He arrived on time as scheduled. Came to check my exact requirements on Monday, then obtained all materials and completed work to a very high standard on Wednesday morning. Great job, new thermostatic mixer shower is working perfectly - and is a much better system than the old electric unit it replaces.

Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.

Great job by Luke in upgrading two radiators. Also took off another radiator so I could do some filling behind it. Had a tiny drip on one of the new radiators, but he came back to sort it a few days later. Clean and tidy work. Friendly and knowledgable. Excellent communication throughout via text and calls.

The guys were really good they quickly responded to my job request and were at my house within an hour as promised they resolved the issue and tested everything with a great detailed report definitely someone I would call again for boiler issues.
