Nicholae was punctual, friendly and offered a very reasonable price to remove black mould from behind the sealant in my shower and reapplying new sealant to make it look fresh again. Nicholae was also flexible as he went out his usual business times to complete the work. I would certainly recommend Nicholae to anyone as he is a jack of all trades and even offers professional advice having worked for Taylor Wimpey. I've had over 10 years experience. Jobs I undertake are general handyman job like electrical, plumbing, central heating, power flushing central heating, painting decorating,kitchen and bathroom refit, fencing and groundworks. You can really do just about anything! How I normally charge is call out charge of £100 this covers the first hour then £50 an hour thereafter plus materials/ parking. Some services are charged at a different rate for example: emergency call out and weekend rate is normally higher rate. • power flush to central heating system charge is £450 including all chemicals and inhibitor to the system this covers six radiators any more than 6 radiators there is an extra charge at £100 per radiator extra .
