We had them in to install insulation in our upstairs floor, replace the sub floor, replace some lights, install a loft hatch, and board out our loft. On top of this they discovered a problem in our roof that they fixed. We were incredibly impressed by all of the staff that attended on site. They were friendly, polite at all times, and worked really hard, to a high standard. I couldn't recommend James and his team more, and we've already started talking to them about a further project.

Had a toilet installed, and despite a couple of teething problems with a couple of the fixings, have to give 5 star for the quality of the service, the punctuality, communication and time management. The communication was great before, during and after the work was done. Then, this is the most important thing for me, when Marcel said he would be here on both occasions at a certain time, he was here at that time, I can't say how surprising that is from my experience of hiring trades folks. Mohammed who responded to my job, was polite and and keen to do my jobs. He was young and clearly very inexperienced as he was not prepared to return to look at two of the jobs that were not completed correctly, even though he offered a 6 months guarantee. I had to call in another tradesman to fix one of the jobs done by Mohammed and this was costly. Be aware of his inexperience in DIY jobs.
