Available to do the job quickly, arrived at agreed time. Consulted at regular intervals to ensure progress was as required. Didn’t pressure into doing extra jobs for more money (not always the case). They were supposed to clad and quoted for the membrane and relevant woodwork. However, they did not membrane, simply banged up cladding over rotten wood. When questioned they said it wasn't necessary to membrane. They then changed their mind and decided to membrane from the inside which was an impossible task. They then disguised their work internally.
