Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with AG plumbing. Whilst the price was reasonable, I was let down many times from their sub-contractor (Steve). Many cancelled work days. A hot water cylinder left at my house for weeks. Job took weeks to complete (should be 1-2 days max). They even used my bath towels to use as floor covers! The owner compensated for this but it’s still not good practice, as it stained my carpet. Sub-contractor was eventually replaced and the work was completed satisfactorily

I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior.
