Paul is a very polite, professional trademans focused on delivering quality work that meets the customer's satisfaction. He offered advice that helped inform the design of the bathroom and completed the works within budget. Paul was very responsive to requests and was able to adapt his work when other suppliers let me down. Man called Lewis called, claiming Enkeled was his father, this being family business. I went to check and company shows as dissolved, with 21 YO Enkeled Bani who obviously cannot be a father of an adult man. No insurance. When asked about these obvious differences, tradesman lost interest. It is apparent to me that all the positive reviews are from friends and family as no reasonable person would appoint collapsed company without insurance for such serious work they are advertising.

When the job was done the roofer gave us guarantee, stating that the guarantee was the reason for the high price. Less than a year later, the leaks reappeared, even worse than before. The roofer came and himself admitted the job was not up to standard and he had to fix it. When we reached back to schedule the fix, he stopped responding. We have been chasing for weeks and there has been no answer. I would not hire this plumber or roofer, they are not reliable and the standard of their workmanship is poor.
