Ensured good communication during quote stage providing details of a variety of lights to choose from. This had not been mentioned at all during the two day job and I was very disappointed that this was how he chose to conduct business instead of being upfront in his approach. On first impressions the job seemed good and to a high standard. However, on a closer inspection there were a number of areas, which were harder to reach, that they decided not bother with, and which we finished off ourselves. I would not use this company again.

Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
