Need to provide an update on my previous positive review. Robert installed the coat hangers to the wall, but after a closer inspection I found that he didn't install one coat hanger correctly and asked him to come back. He said he would come back, but failed to show up at the agreed date and time and not heard from him yet. I will now have to find somebody else to fix his mess.

I'm a qualified and well experienced gas safe engineer with years of knowledge and experience around boiler installations and breakdowns. I also issue landlord safety certificates and cover heat pumps. I have worked with many companies, including British Gas. I provide all my customers with great customer care. My aim is not only to resolve problems my customers encounter, but also to provide them with guidance and knowledge on how to prevent the problem from reoccuring in the future.
