Explained exactly what needed to be done and why (shows me evidence of various bit clogging up thanks to limescale) kept me informed when he was going to be late (this was down the snowy conditions) all work done on time and as expected things work so much easier now. Left the flat in a good clean condition afterwards.

We discussed what needed doing and he set about the task thoroughly. He offered advice and was happy to answer questions. I would, and have, recommend Avalon Trees to friends and family. The job carried out was exactly as required and they went out of their way to be helpful, kind and honest with regards to the job they had been asked to do. They worked efficiently and without complaint (even working through torrential rain to get the job done) they finished the job in good time and the cost was very competitive.
