I was extremely happy with this service, particularly Tania. My huband and I needed and end of tenancy clean as we were moving to LA. She came around to the house to evaluate the very large cleaning job (6+ hours) and give us an estimate. She was able to schedule 2 cleaning women to come starting at 8am to blitz the house. They worked non-stop and I was extremely happy. I would absolutely recommend these people. If we hadn't moved to LA- I would be hiring them full time to clean as much as possible!

Magda has been so helpful since I started using her services a couple of months ago! She does a great job in my flat and often does more than I’ve asked her. She’s always on time, is an excellent communicator and very flexible. Highly recommended!

Lydia and team arrived well in time for the cleaning work and started immediately. They are super efficient and very neat in their work. I was very pleased with the overall service. I recommend them and would definitely go back for a routine service.

Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.

Lazlo's fiancee, Niki and her mum have now cleaned twice for us and are fantastic - highly recommended. Niki asked if I would rate her on here, which I am very happy to do, as having had many cleaners in family homes in Woking over 20 odd years, I can honestly say she (and her mum) are the most efficient and best by far! They are now our regular weekly cleaners.

Replied to request posted within 30mins. Plumbers arrived the same day. Fixed both tap and toilet the same day. Couple of minor issues which were quickly resolved a couple of days later. Couldn’t fault communication. Would recommend this company and I will use again.

One word: fabulous! Martin and his team are polite, precise in undertsanding their client’s need and execute it with high quality. Martin does not settle on mediocracy. He would spend time and energy in getting it right and leave a clean and neat place after work. He started with a wardrobe project and ended up doing a lot more work as I saw I can fully rely on him. One of those rare gems of a craftsman who works for his satisfaction and not on an hourly rate. I would highly recommend him!

Very nice to work with a tradesman who makes intelligent design solutions, has good communication skills and works neatly. I'm very pleased with Paul's work. Plus he has a charming way of thinking measurements and next steps out loud, and singing along from time to time. Hesitate to give 5 stars as it may mean he's too busy to do more work for me...

Team came with a professionally created contract; price and method of payment was negotiated to my satisfaction; polite and extremely quiet workers; cleaned and tidied after finishing; solved problems faced on the job effectively without nagging or complaining or requesting more money. Elvis and his team are great to work with and did a really good job. The scope of the work was extended based off my request. Professional and clean work, which involved cleaning up nightly.
