Wasted time answering endless questions to for them to provide a quote, however they proceeded to demand 100% payment upfront. I understand asking for a deposit but asking for 100% without ever having visited seems really unreasonable

I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. The process was explained to me really, really well and all questions answered. Dates arranged easily and to suit me. Visits very quick and effective. On their second visit, there was a tiny misunderstanding about the way forward (taking the traps away vs coming back for another visit) but it was solved with a phone call in no time at all.
