I'd been trying for well over a year to get someone to fix my solar panel array by removing a broken panel, and either nobody was interested in repair jobs and ghosted me, or they said expensive scaffolding would be needed. Kevin was very communicative, did the job quickly and professionally (also with a ladder) for a great price. Can't ask for more!

The process was explained to me really, really well and all questions answered. Dates arranged easily and to suit me. Visits very quick and effective. On their second visit, there was a tiny misunderstanding about the way forward (taking the traps away vs coming back for another visit) but it was solved with a phone call in no time at all. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. This was a very difficult task and will be calling on them regularly to do other jobs in the future. It is a pity that i am unable to post before and after photos of this job on this website. Thanks to this company, I can now access a portion of my garden that was totally swamped by errant thorn bushes..
