William and his sons built a new fence and replaced our patio. They are very hard working and friendly. and dealt well with our difficult neighbour! They completed the job on time and left the site tidy. They kept to the quote even though the job involved extras. We would highly recommend them. A delight to work with!

Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

We hired Bogdan and his son to assemble and move some furniture. They did an absolutely fantastic job with the most impressive attitude! We immediately hired them for more work and then twice again. Every time every single thing was impeccable. Good quote and communication about date for work. Start time confirmed for Monday 13th February at 9. I ordered all the things needed ready for the work. But, then he did not arrive and I phoned at three times with no answer and no response on Whatsapp since. No explanation why he did not turn up. This subsequently means my daughter is sleeping in front room until I can find someone else.

Artificial grass- I had a hard time with him to get the job done. A lot of defects and issues of work done and initially was arguing a lot for them and then looked into 3 weeks later. He was not at the site and his workmen were trying to fool me out constantly even at major mistakes they were doing. I had to get into the work to get it done to an acceptable level even though it was not done as agreed. I’m asking now for 2 weeks for the invoice for the payment still not had as promised by post/email.

came on 21st july, gave estimate and agreed job. said panels would be ready in 5 days. eventually fitted on 21st august, 30 days later One panel faulty(not noticed by john hall). Replaced this panel a week later, when he had to reverse panels, mas they had been fitted the wrond way round!!.
